Matthew and Shae chose 14 & Main Event Venue for their wedding day: quiet moments with family, a first look, the ceremony, dinner, a first dance, and a send-off, all in the heart of downtown Nixa. Photographer Zoe Keene captured the day, and these are a few of our favorite frames.

The details, set out before the day began

A Ceremony and Reception in the Ballroom

The Ballroom held both halves of the day. Tall windows filled it with natural light for the ceremony under a floral arch, and the same original wood floors carried guests from their seats to dinner. The reception tables were set and waiting, so the celebration started the moment the vows were said.

Quiet Moments Before the Ceremony

Before the guests arrived, Shae shared a few quiet moments with family by the antique doors and in the Ballroom. Then came the first look with Matthew, and the hug that followed says the rest.

Portraits on Main Street

Downtown Nixa is part of the backdrop here. A few steps outside, the storefronts along Main Street gave Matthew and Shae a classic small-town setting for portraits.

Dinner, a First Dance, and Cake

Back inside, the Ballroom turned into a reception: dinner at the round tables, a first dance in the middle of the floor, and the cake.
